Origin

Somebody had to give the dogs a floor.

Doge ran. Shiba ran. Bonk ran. Every cycle, on every chain, the dogs get their run — and then they give it all back. Nothing underneath them but the next buyer.

DEGS ON SILVER was born on Solana to fix that.

Not by asking you to believe harder than the last one did. By building the thing dog coins never had underneath them — a pair that holds its value, and a reason to still be holding in ninety days.

The pair

Paired with silver. Not with hope.

DEGS trades against $SILVER on stonk.fun — the launchpad that pairs a Solana token directly with a stock. Our pair is the metal itself.

That is the whole difference. A dog coin paired against a volatile asset is a bet on top of a bet. Pair the same meme against silver and the floor underneath it is real metal.

Dogs guard things. This one guards a vault.

Holder rewards

Silver, paid on every transfer.

Every transfer of $DEGS — buy, sell, or wallet-to-wallet — carries a 3% transfer tax. That tax is paid out to holders in $SILVER, automatically, pro-rata. No staking, no claim, no gas from you.

Taxes collect until they are worth distributing. When they go, they land in wallets holding at least $20 of $DEGS at that moment.

  1. 01Hold at least $20 of $DEGS in your own wallet. Not on an exchange — the distributor has to be able to see you.
  2. 02Every transfer anyone makes — buy, sell, or wallet-to-wallet — adds a 3% tax to the pool, on any venue.
  3. 03The pool collects until it is worth distributing, then pays out in $SILVER, pro-rata, straight to wallets. No staking, no claim, no gas from you.
  4. 04A 2.50% fee is withheld to cover network and operating costs. A share of pool fees feeds the Ecosystem Flywheel, which buys back and burns the platform's top tokens.

The creator earns as a holder like everyone else — there is no separate creator fee position.

Fee structure

3% on every transfer. Here is every basis point of it.

A flat 3% transfer tax on every transfer of $DEGS — buy, sell, or wallet-to-wallet, on any venue. That 3% splits two ways, and 97.50% of it goes straight back to the people holding.

$SILVER dividends

= 2.925% of every transfer, pro-rata to holders

2.50%

Network & operations

= 0.075% of every transfer, covers distribution costs

Read it carefully: those percentages are shares of the 3% tax, not of your trade. On a $1,000 transfer you pay $30 in tax, of which $29.25 is distributed to holders in $SILVER and $0.75 covers the network cost of sending it. Separately, DEGS trades on a 1% pool, and a share of those pool fees feeds the Ecosystem Flywheel, which buys back and burns the platform's top tokens. There is no creator fee position.

Manifesto · 宣言

Degs on Silver is destined for something special.

The dogs had their decade, and they spent it running on nothing.
We are still dogs. We just brought a vault.

Silver does not chase. Silver does not beg. Silver is simply still
there when everything else has gone quiet — and so are we.

Ten thousand is not a price. It is a promise. Keep it, and the vault
pays you in the people's money.

Good boy. Good chart. Good metal.

Hold the line, or miss the silver shine.

How it was made

Locked from four sides before a single post went out.

Most coins start with one picture. A picture cannot turn around. The moment you need it at another angle — a banner, a sticker, a frame of animation — somebody redraws it, and it is quietly a different character.

So DEGS ON SILVER started with a turnaround instead. Front, both sides, back, drawn against one set of construction guides: top of ears, neck, shoulder, mid, floor. Every view has to hit the same lines.
